• Critical business specific information that isn't catered for by default in Snow is configured via Custom Fields
• Assets that aren't discoverable but must be tracked (i.e. Printers etc.) are added as custom objects for lifecycle management
• Customised reports are created to provide efficient and tailored reporting in Snow
• Customised dashboards ("Snowboards") are created to provide efficient and tailored insights
• A list of unapproved applications is developed and managed to provide efficient reporting.
